Our client is looking for a Technical Writer who will work as part of the Business Solutions Team to implementdocumentation and change throughout the clients group. You will create and maintaincomprehensive documentation and training materialsfor custom software applications. In this role, you will develop user guides, technicalmanuals, and other materials that ensure users can easily understand and navigatethe software. Software documentation should be available through a webapplication with search functionality. As the Technical Writer will work with the BusinessSolutions Team to decide on a delivery platform and to implement. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders anddevelopers to gather necessary information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.The work will cater to a wide range of audiences, from end-users to technical staff. You will assist to create Team documentation standards and guidelines.The individual is expected to be able and willing to work to the vision, strategy, andcore values of the client.

Key Accountabilities

?Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
??Understanding and mapping business needs and processes across the organisation
??Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, technicalmanuals, and training materials.
??Collaborate with subject matter experts and developers to ensure the accuracy and completenessof documentation.
??Work effectively with business stakeholders to enhance the user experience.
??Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content for various audiences, including end-users,administrators, and technical staff.
??Analyse existing documentation to identify gaps and improvements, ensuring end-userdocumentation is clear and comprehensive.
???Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the Team to align documentationstandards, guidelines and formats.
??Assist in the post go-live support of the systems and ongoing continual improvement.
??Work closely with other Business Solutions Team to facilitate knowledge share.
??If required escalate any request to the Business Solutions Manager for resolution.
??Performs other duties as assigned by the Business Solutions Manager.

Experience &?Qualifications

??Experience of implementing and maintaining online documentation
?Experience working as a Technical Writer (or equivalent role) in a commercial IT environment for atleast 3 years.
??Experience working with Microsoft technologies
Office 365
Power Platform
SharePoint Online
??Proficiency in using content management systems, documentation, and knowledge base tools.
