Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components from technical drawings.
- Work with Mazak Mazatrol or Doosan Puma (Siemens 840D) control systems.
- Perform both turning and milling operations to high standards.
- Select and set up tools, materials, and machine parts efficiently.
- Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and adjust production processes for optimal performance.
- Maintain a safe and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably with Mazak Mazatrol or Doosan Puma (Siemens 840D).
- Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machining techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
