We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering new build construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent management skills, and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new build construction projects across various sectors.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance and project success.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering new build construction projects across various sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
