The Showroom Manager will provide leadership to 3 Designers, motivating and enabling the team to meet sales targets and ensure customers receive a renowned standard of Service.
The Showroom Manager is responsible for
- Driving new business in the Trade sector
- Performance of the team
- Design standards and accuracy
- Effectiveness of procedures and systems
- Overseeing products and suppliers
- Training and development of new and trainee designers
This is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000, with a commission/bonus structure in place.
