Our Ipswich based retail client are a growing business looking for a temporary assistant management accountant to join their team with the potential to turn into a permanent contract.
Description
* Financial analysis and reporting* Support the Management Accountant and wider team with budgeting and forecasting* Monitor and process expenses* Management accounting* Preparation of monthly financial statements* Everyday transactional accounting such as; accounts payable, payment runs etc* Review and provide recommendations for improving financial performance
Profile
* Experience of working in a similar Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant type role* Ideally part qualified* Good IT skills and accounting packages such as; Sage, PeopleSoft, QuickBooks or Xero* Strong analytical skills
