We have a chance, for qualified accountant, to join the finance team of this outstanding organisation, to oversee all the accounting related requirements for the group.

Answering to the Group Finance Manager and Group Head of Finance, your role as the group’s Financial Accountant will not only be responsible for the financial periodic reporting, monitoring cash flow, accounts, preparing balance sheet recs and drafting group VAT returns, but also –

Partnering with the finance leadership team with:

  • Company and group budgetary formation.
  • Variance analysis of the budgets for each office, and individual service lines.
  • Revise and implement financial policies and practices.
  • Support the c-suite management with precise and detailed financial information for assisting with decision-making.
  • Providing assistance on integration and training

This is no ordinary post, or company, so in order to be considered we require the following when applying:

  • Fully qualified in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA.
  • Possess hands-on experience with management accounting principles and methods.
  • A solid knowledge of standard accountancy and finance best practices.
  • Sound IT skill in a range of accounting software.
  • Detailed knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Proven success with managing people.

It will bode well to have the above knowledge along with professional experience within an accountancy practice, either currently or have trained before moving to industry.
