Location: Claydon, Suffolk

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

An established FMCG company in Suffolk is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is adept at preparing management accounts, profit and loss reports, and assisting with cost efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing structure and order to the office during a period of change.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare accurate management accounts in a timely manner.
• Generate and analyse profit and loss reports to support financial decision-making.
• Conduct cost analysis and assist with identifying cost efficiency opportunities.
• Utilise Sage 50 to maintain financial records and data.
• Collaborate with the Bookkeeper and Assistant Accountant to ensure financial processes are streamlined and effective.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in preparing management accounts.
• Proficiency with Sage 50.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience within the FMCG industry or a similar field is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a changing environment.
