NXTGEN is excited to be representing a global distribution business as the recruit for a Management Accountant. As the Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business performance by providing key financial insights and reports to support decision-making. The role of Management Accountant with involve working closely with the Financial Controller, CFO and wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Month-end and year-end journal processing
  • Supporting the annual budgeting process
  • Conducting variance analysis and providing financial commentaries
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, including tax obligations
  • Managing project accounting and reporting on capital expenditure
  • Preparing commercial analysis (e.g., margins and pricing)
  • Management of a small and dynamic team
