- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in financial legislation that may impact the organisation.
Skills / Experience
- Proficient in accounting software
- Qualified accountant, qualified by ACCA
- Experience as a senior finance business partner, senior accountant, finance manager or role similiar for at least 5 years.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.
- Experience in accounts payable processes and financial services.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff members effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.
