We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to control and execute accounting records, ensuring stability, solvency, competitiveness, and growth. This role involves monitoring individual financial statements and facilitating decision-making through critical and reliable analysis.
Day-to-day of the role:- Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis of financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- General Accounting: Ensure correct execution and compliance with accounting records and relevant regulations.
- Financial Compliance: Enforce adherence to accounting standards and internal policies to mitigate risks.
- Custody of Financial Information: Safeguard financial information for external reporting.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Financial Audit: Participate in accounting audits and ensure thorough compliance.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of international trade and legislation.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- SAP knowledge or willing to learn.
- Control payments to suppliers and invoicing to customers.
- Implement process improvements and cost control measures.
- Ensure financial compliance and perform bank reconciliations.
- Support interdepartmental collaboration to achieve company objectives.
- Manage team-related tasks including payroll calculations and personnel file maintenance.
