We are seeking an Accounts Assistant who will be responsible for delivering precise and efficient accounting and finance support to our industrial/manufacturing department.

Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable and payable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide support to the finance team during audits and year-end procedures.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Liaise with various departments to resolve finance-related issues.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- AAT Qualification (Level 3 or 4).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Job Offer
