We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to join our client's team in Ipswich for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is vital in supporting the company's treasury operations and ensuring efficient financial management.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the management of cash flow and liquidity.
- Prepare and process payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage accounts and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all treasury activities.
- Previous experience in a finance or treasury role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
