- Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
- CCT or equivalent
- Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
- At least 2 years’ experience in Community Child Health.
- Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to?babies, children and young people across Barking & Dagenham.
- Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
- Work directly with babies, children and young people, and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals
- Participate in the local Child Protection rota
- Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member whilst allowing them to work with their own initiative
- Work alongside 4wte Consultant Paediatricians, 1wte Specialist Grade Doctor, 2wte Specialty Doctors, and 2wte Core/GP Trainees within the service
- Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
