Clinical Team Leader
Location: Ipswich
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Are you a passionate healthcare professional with strong leadership skills? We are seeking a Clinical Team Leader to join a dedicated team providing high-quality care to individuals with neurological conditions and complex needs.
The Role:
As a Clinical Team Leader you will manage a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You'll lead by example, overseeing assessments, planning, and implementation of holistic care.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting the nursing team in delivering quality care.
• Liaising with the multidisciplinary team, service users, and families to ensure individualised care plans.
• Ensuring clinical staff are well-supported through supervision, development, and performance management.
• Promoting a learning environment, offering mentorship, and sharing expertise with colleagues.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records in line with policies and procedures.
About You:
• Registered Nurse or degree-level qualification.
• Experience in palliative or neurological care.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of legislation within the care sector.
• Strong communication, conflict management, and mentorship skills.
• Ability to manage change and performance in a clinical environment.
