Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and providing long-term relationships.
- Work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales journey from start to finish
- Identify opportunities for account growth where applicable
- Resolve any client issues, working alongside other internal departments when needed
- Log and maintain information on CRM system
