Advertising Advisor

Pay: 13.69 per hour PAYE or 18.08 Umbrella, 37 hours per week

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for a temporary Advertising Advisor to join their team at Suffolk Adverting to process advertising requests, booking with suppliers, designing recruitment, public notice and promotional advertising on behalf of SCC, schools, partner organisations and many other external organisations.

This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service by email and phone, while maintaining and uploading recruitment ads online. Attention to detail is essential as you'll be responsible for managing bookings and ensuring accuracy.
You'll be working in a collaborative and supportive team, receiving full training and continuous professional development opportunities. Our dynamic, fast-paced environment requires someone who is proactive, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality service.

The successful candidate will have administrative work experience, good organisational skills, able to work on their own, attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Confident, approachable manner with the ability to communicate with a range of people.
