About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as an Estimator. This role is vital in securing new projects by accurately pricing and specifying incoming enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Agree project objectives and represent client interests.
- Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers.
- Calculate costs for materials, transport, labour, and other relevant components.
- Ensure clients receive the most competitive pricing.
- Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, construction managers, planners, and design teams.
- Meet strict deadlines consistently.
- Ensure all quotes accurately reflect pricing, product information, and client requirements.

Experience
- Proven experience within the subcontract sector of the construction industry is essential.
