Cloud and Infrastructure Manager - £60,000

3 days onsite per week - based in any Essex/East Angular location

A UK firm are looking to hire a Azure cloud infrastructure manager role, reporting into the IT Director.

You’ll have experience of broad infrastructure and Azure cloud technology - managing project delivery, budgets, line management and supplier engagement.

This role is especially crucial as the department embarks on a strategic plan to modernise its infrastructure and advance its transition to cloud computing.

Project Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions, including cloud environments (Microsoft Azure).

• Lead infrastructure upgrades, platform migrations, and capacity planning to support business growth and technological advancements.

• Manage vendor relationships and provide regular project status reports, timelines, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

• Microsoft Azure: Experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure services, virtual machines,

• Technical skills :

• Office 365: Proficiency in managing Office 365 services, including VMWare, Teams and One Drive

• Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and End User Compute Technologies

• Networking experience
