Job Summary

We are looking for a SIPP and Tax Wrapper Administration Support to join our award-winning SIPP & Tax Wrapper Administration team, based in their Ipswich office.

Key Accountabilities

Support the SIPP & Tax Wrapper Administration team with the creation and maintenance of data for all new and existing pension clients

Support the SIPP & Tax Wrapper Administration team with the transfer in and out of SIPP accounts in a timely manner.

Responding to pension-related queries in a timely manner

Providing support to Wealth Planning and Investment Managers as necessary

Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English)

Good administration skills and an eye for detail

Ability to work as part of the team and with other colleagues

Ability to work under pressure/prioritise workloads

Aware of the need to adhere to procedures and minimise errors

Contractual Hours

9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
