The Professional Services Practice is a dedicated team committed to providing risk and insurance solutions for large clients in the sector. We sit across the full range of sub-sectors with clients including banks, law firms, consultancies, Tech, communications, facilities management, testing & inspection and many more. You will manage and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for targeting and converting prospects.Expansion of the team is as a result of considerable growth and we are seeking motivated candidates to help support our continued success over the longer term.  If this is an environment that resonates, we would be delighted to hear from you.The RoleClient Relationship Management•   Understand your clients’ business and their risk management needs. •   Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required •   Access and deploy expertise within specialist technical teams•   Build strong client relationships based on trust•   Work with the service team to deliver optimum structure, price and placement strategies•   Grow existing portfolio by identifying new from existing sales opportunities•   Work in collaboration with and provide direction to the CSE service team Business Development•   Support the sales process to develop prospects and new business•   Actively identify opportunities on account penetration and cross selling opportunities•   Maintain a detailed knowledge of products and services offered•   Networking with other BUs and with external specialistsPlacement Management•   Maintain strong working relationships with market contacts and WTW Broking Team•   Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to markets and clients•   Ensure compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements•   Check market presentations, client documentation and Policy coverage as appropriate•   Support programme and pricing structures to best meet client needOperational and Service Delivery•   Deliver excellent client service, adhering to WTW policies, procedures and service standards•   Support the BU in budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue•   Support solutions and proposals for clients to ensure optimum client retention rates•   Development of annual client service plans •   Support the management of KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met•   Provide feedback on corrective action required to retain clients or enhance process performance, actively supporting the implementation of any actions that are put in placeThe Requirements•   Strong knowledge of account development and appropriate tools •   Experienced at new business sales process•   Skilled at building relationships with clients, prospects, associates and external specialists•   Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills•   Preferably educated to a degree level with professional qualifications of ACII or similarAt WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
