Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a role that offers flexibility and a fantastic work-life balance? If so, we are recruiting a Bookkeeper to join our clients team on a part time, permanent basis in the Needham Market area.

This is a part-time role, requiring 2-3 days of work per week, with a mix of remote and office-based work. However, the working pattern can be adjusted/discussed for the right candidate.

Key Job Duties

  • Liaise with external clients to provide friendly, professional service
  • Manage day-to-day Accounting/Bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliation, invoicing, VAT/CIS returns and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Financial records
  • General Administration/Data entry

Ideal candidate attributes

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping
  • Strong understanding of accounting software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
