CX Consultant (Automotive)

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Ipswich and London required)

Salary: Up to 70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client, a leading global organisation specialising in end-to-end customer experience services, is seeking a talented CX Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a CX Consultant, you will work closely with the Head of Consulting to design and lead transformative projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders across our clients' businesses to understand requirements and develop a clear view of the changes required
  • Identify, document, and embed new processes to support the delivery of our clients' strategies
  • Continuously improve efficiencies and company productivity by identifying and converting opportunities
  • Deliver consulting-style projects that solve business problems and drive measurable bottom line savings and growth opportunities
  • Design and implement business processes, systems, and organisational transformations
  • Collaborate with internal and external specialists to implement recommendations
  • Provide business process improvement assistance, including developing and implementing process improvement strategies based on client business requirements
  • Work with project teams and management to develop and execute strategies to solve business challenges
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project team members

Requirements:

  • Experience in management consulting
  • Proficiency in CX tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, customer journey mapping software, and survey platforms
  • Knowledge and experience in the Automotive industry as a Product Owner
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working both independently and in a collaborative environment

Who You Are:

  • You have relevant experience in consulting within tech services, CRM, digital transformation, or customer experience
  • You must be a Product Owner from the automotive industry
  • You have a keen interest in blending digital-CRM and new technology trends
  • You have a proven track record in negotiating and selling complex services
  • You are skilled in presenting to senior-level clients and large groups
  • You have strong organisational skills
  • You have an excellent command of English (knowledge of another language is a plus)
