We are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive (Spanish Speaking) to join our passionate team on a Part-time basis in Great Blakenham, Ipswich, Suffolk.

About the role:

Your role will focus on selling and winning new business opportunities through engaging phone and email interactions with both existing and new customers. With a strong emphasis on proactive business development, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our sales pipeline and nurturing long-term customer relationships. This is a part-time role where you will be working 3 days a week 9:30am – 2:30pm with the option to change a day to Friday. This is an office-based role, no remote working.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business through telephone and email enquiries.
  • Develop new business opportunities from existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure precise and high-quality maintenance of customer records.
  • Identify and nurture new sales leads.
  • Regularly engage with customers to sustain business relationships.
  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotations and leads.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be highly organised, able to plan and prioritise effectively, and demonstrate a high standard of written English and Spanish. A friendly and confident telephone manner, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to build customer rapport quickly are essential. You must also maintain a positive and calm demeanour under pressure and be a resident of the United Kingdom.
