Reed Financial Services are seeking Paraplanners to join a nationwide firm's centralised Paraplanning Hub. The role involves assisting Wealth Planners in delivering Wealth Planning services to new and existing clients through the production of wealth planning reports. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who hold the CII DipPFS qualification and have experience in report writing within a Wealth Management setting.

Day to day of the role:

  • Liaise with Wealth Planning Administrators and Wealth Planners to ensure all required information for report production is obtained promptly.
  • Keep product research up to date.
  • Produce client reports within agreed timescales.
  • Obtain and prepare paperwork required for client meetings and business submission.
  • Handle all forms of client communications, including arranging client meetings for the Wealth Planners when necessary.
  • Build and maintain technical knowledge relevant to the role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CII DipPFS qualification.
  • At least 18 months of report writing experience, preferably within a Wealth Management setting.
  • Client-focused with a concern for quality, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Active participation in knowledge sharing amongst the Wealth Planning and Investment Management teams.
  • Full and proper understanding of the financial services market.
  • Diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail.
