- Work with key stakeholders to define, develop, and implement key CX strategies with multiple, key clients across the UK
- Negotiate and sell CX solutions / technology services, with the ability to share points of view through storytelling
- Implement business process, system and organisation transformation change strategy
- Project manage the implementation of CX tools, CRM systems and customer journey mapping software
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project, from cradle to grave
- Build and maintain and lead effective relationships with clients, technical teams, and project teams members
- Previous experience working within a CX Consultant position, with a strong focus on CX strategy design
- Able to sell CX Solutions / technology services through storytelling
- Experience managing multiple, end to end CX implementation projects
- Technical knowledge of CX tools; CRM Systems, Customer Journey software, survey platforms etc.
- Skilled in presenting to clients / large groups of key business stakeholders
