Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance and administration? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Finance Professional. Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Vertas.
Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Handling payroll and employee expense reimbursements
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders on financial matters
- Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed
Qualifications:
- Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in finance or accounting roles preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
