HGV Class 2 Driver

ARC are currently looking for an experienced Class 2 driver to join our team. If you are committed to safety, efficiency, and providing excellent service, this position offers a great opportunity to advance your career.

Shift times: Working 07:30 to 16:30

• Location: Ipswich
• Type of Work: Container transport, ensuring secure and timely delivery of goods
• Training Opportunities: Ongoing training provided to enhance skills and career development
• Coverage: UK 
• Shift Requirements: Flexible shifts including weekends with increased shift allowances

• Day shifts
• Ongoing work

• Quality: Modern and well-maintained trucks 
• Comfort: Vehicles equipped with the latest technology and driver amenities
• Maintenance: High-standard maintenance ensuring reliability and safety

• Licence: Valid Class 2 (C) licence with no more than six points, held for a minimum of 6 months
• Qualifications: CPC, digital tachograph card and port cards
• Experience: Previous experience in container transport required
• Language: Good standard of spoken and written English
• Status: Settled Status in the UK

• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Navigation: Proficient in using GPS and navigation systems
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
