Sonic Summary

The position is for an HGV Class 2 Driver located in Ipswich with a salary of £37,000 per annum.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm, with an additional shift every other Saturday from 7:30am to 12pm.
Candidates are required to have a Class 2 (Cat C) driving licence, and a clean driving record is essential.
Experience with a HIAB licence is desirable, but training will be provided for those who do not have it.

They are seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver, to complete multi-drop deliveries to their customers in the Ipswich area.As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will utilise a crane to unload some heavy equipment, so experience is desirable. However, training will be provided for individuals who do not possess a HIAB licence.Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely deliver building materials to customers
Complete multi-drop delivery duties
Unloading materials with a crane
To ensure that all schedules agreed with customers are maintained, or where this is not possible to ensure that branch management and customer are kept aware of any required change to schedule.
To ensure that all paperwork related to daily activities is completed accurately and returned to the office in a timely manner
To ensure that company vehicles and equipment are kept in a tidy, serviceable and roadworthy state

Skills and Qualifications:

Class 2 (Cat C)
Driving licence (Clean)
CPC and digi tacho
HIAB Licence (Desirable)
Strong customer service skills
