Probate Case Manager
Salary - £35,000 to £50,000 p.a. - depending on experience.
(Potential candidates will be submitted to the client with salary expectations)
Location: Ipswich
Our client was established over 45 years ago as a leading research support to law firms throughout the UK. They are looking for an experience Legal Case Manager with Probate or someone with Genealogy experience to join their award-winning team, based in Central Ipswich (parking available).
Duties:
- Case management and research to source probate beneficiaries.
- Making contact with beneficiaries and solicitors via phone and letter.
- Arranging for field agents to visit beneficiaries.
- Review cases with senior management.
- Maintain case files in an orderly manner and file correctly in relevant cabinets.
- Undertake genealogy searches of clients family history.
Skills Required:
- Case Management within Probate or Genealogy Research experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload.
- Ability and experience in liaising with clients, solicitors, and members of the public in a courteous manner.
