My client is seeking a Senior Sous Chef / Assistant Head Chef with a strong 3 AA rosette background for a luxury historic manor house hotel in Suffolk.
The ideal candidate should be a passionate foodie who can collaborate with the head chef to elevate the menu offerings.
The position requires a commitment of 48 hours per week, with overtime paid at the normal hourly rate.
The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, plus approximately £2,000 per annum in tronc.

My client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef / Assistant Head Chef with a solid 3 AA rosette background to join their team at a luxurious historic manor house hotel in the Suffolk countryside.

They are looking for a passionate foodie who will be able to work alongside their current head chef to help deliver a higher level of menus.

48 hrs per week (overtime paid at normal hourly rate)
£45,000 pa + approximately £2,000 pa tronc
Live in is available either temporary or permanent
