My client is looking for a Senior Sous Chef / Assistant Head Chef with a solid 3 AA rosette background to join their team at a luxurious historic manor house hotel in the Suffolk countryside.
They are looking for a passionate foodie who will be able to work alongside their current head chef to help deliver a higher level of menus.
- 48 hrs per week (overtime paid at normal hourly rate)
- £45,000 pa + approximately £2,000 pa tronc
- Live in is available either temporary or permanent
