What's involved?
As a Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef to select dishes which reflect the local area and help local suppliers. Responsibilities will also include;
- Ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the Head Chef's instructions.
- You will work in conjunction with other Chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team.
- You are expected to effectively manage your team in the absence of the Head Chef.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working within a similar role
- An extensive array of culinary skills knowledge, experience and the confidence.
