We are seeking a proactive Account Manager with a strong focus on business development to join our client's dynamic team in Ipswich. This role is ideal for someone who is driven to exceed targets and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle to close a sale.
  • Create quotations and follow up existing quotations to a wide customer base.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in a similar sales/business development role.
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • CRM software proficiency is advantageous.
