We are seeking a proactive Account Manager with a strong focus on business development to join our client's dynamic team in Ipswich. This role is ideal for someone who is driven to exceed targets and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Manage the entire sales cycle to close a sale.
- Create quotations and follow up existing quotations to a wide customer base.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in a similar sales/business development role.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- CRM software proficiency is advantageous.
