Duties of an Account Manager

  • Listening to customer needs and matching them with appropriate products and services.
  • Successfully working in sales roles, ideally within the technology/telecommunications sector (e.g., Mobile, Hosted Telephony, Connectivity Services, IT, and Managed Services).

It would be beneficial if you also had:

  • Experience in customer retention and pipeline development.
