Your Role:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of their sales team, managing customer accounts and building relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Initiate and develop new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Promptly contact incoming leads and follow up
  • Book meetings for the Field Sales Executive, quote and follow up from these meetings
  • Contact existing customers for repeat orders, upsell, and cross-selling
  • Maintain consistent standards of customer contact, answer questions, and resolve concerns
  • Stay up to date with competition in the market
  • Explain and demonstrate product functions and features
  • Sell products in line with profit margin and pricing directives
  • Some business travel may be required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A solid understanding of the sales cycle and processes
  • Drive, energy, enthusiasm, and high integrity
  • Strong administrative and phone competency skills
  • The ability to seek out opportunities, turn them into solutions, and value
  • A track record of exceeding performance targets
