Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to inform them about products and services utilising pre-determined sales scripts and templates
  • Follow up on internal and website leads.
  • Answer questions about the products and services that are on offer.
  • Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
  • Use your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.

Skills & Experience:

  • Good communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Driven approach to meet and exceeding targets.
  • Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes.
