Job Title: SEND Coordinator
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37 hours
Hourly rate: 300 per day Umbrella
Location: hybrid
Remote/Office based: Hybrid, collect equipment in person. Attend team meetings in person if possible
In this role
- Managing case holds, ensuring smooth progress and timely resolutions.
- Overseeing phase transfer work, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Supervising the completion of annual review paperwork, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintaining direct contact with families and settings, offering support and addressing queries.
- Managing requests to panels for placements/funding, ensuring they align with the provisions outlined in the plan.
