The ideal candidate will have managed multiple new build commercial projects
Mechanical Project Manager Duties
- Procurement
- Managing Sub Contractors
- Managing Electrical Contractors on site
- Managing Mechanical Contractors
- Preparing Site reports and variations
- Involved with Design
- Managing multiple projects on time and within budget
- Costing Variations.
- Scheduling work to be done for the day.
- Prepare project specifications.
- Carrying out inspections
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety
- Building relationships with Sub contractors
- Being the M&E lead
Salaries ranging from 60,000 - 70,000 + Package
