This well-established and specialist engineering consultancy company work on a variety of high-end infrastructure projects worth millions. After quadrupling its revenue over the past 4 years, they are looking to add another engineer to tailor a development plan towards in order for you to maximize your utilityat the company.
In this role, you will manager civil-structural projects from conception through construction, including steel and reinforced concrete designs, with a focus on both land and marine structures. Responsibilities include attending client and site meetings, performing surveys and inspections, and supporting project teams with technical input as needed. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring junior staff to support their professional development.
This role would suit a Senior Civil Engineer looking to take their career to the next step in this rewarding and autonomous role.
THE ROLE:
- Oversee civil-structural projects from initial design through construction, with expertise in steel and reinforced concrete, especially for marine structures.
- Conduct client and site meetings, perform site inspections, and provide specialized technical input to project teams.
- Mentor and train junior staff, supporting their growth and development within the company.
