Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and overseeing on-site construction activities
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with design specifications and safety standards
- Collaborating with project managers and designers to ensure project goals are met
- Conducting site inspections and assessments, identifying any issues or modifications required
- Preparing reports and documentation for project progress and compliance
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers on-site
- Handling S38/S278 agreements and ensuring their successful implementation
- Providing technical support and expertise on highway projects
Job Requirements:
- Experience in highway construction and civil engineering
- Proven ability to manage and oversee large-scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with S38/S278 agreements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
