Our client's friendly team, is now recruiting individuals initially on a six-month fixed term contract, where you will provide outstanding service and support to their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for queries
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate records
- Handle client communications via email and web chat
- Efficiently manage and dispatch necessary documentation
- Be the first point of contact for occasional complaints that are raised
