Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities
- Oversee export processes, ensuring efficient and seamless international transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales activities and improve overall performance
- Lead negotiations and work closely with clients to close deals and meet targets
What we're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Solid experience in market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
- In-depth knowledge of export procedures and international sales processes
- Strong general sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- A minimum of two years' experience in a European Road Freight or similar logistics environment
