Position: Clinical Lead

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Salary: £36,679 - £42,607 Per Annum D.E.O

Hours: 37.5 Per Week

HCR has partnered with an award-winning charity that cares for people who have acquired brain injuries. The charity uses its expert neurorehabilitation units and hospitals to help people regain a better quality of life.

They are looking for a Clinical Lead to work alongside dedicated, passionate nurses in their amazing service, which is rated “outstanding” by CQC and accommodates 30+ people.

Clinical Lead Duties:

  • Ensuring the effective assessment, planning, and implementation of care for the service users by managing a team of Nurses and Healthcare assistants
  • Responsible for staff supervisions, appraisals, and disciplinaries
  • Ensure effective performance management of all clinical staff in line with policies and procedures

Clinical Lead Responsibilities:

  • Must have an active NMC pin
  • Experience in neurological care
  • Proven track record in leading, building, influencing, and managing a team
  • The Clinical Lead must have excellent verbal and written communication management skills
  • Must have the ability to teach and mentor in a clinical setting
  • Must have conflict and negotiation skills
