Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Sales Process: Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Craft and execute effective sales strategies to surpass ambitious revenue targets.

Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, industry events, and proactive outreach. Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales Conversion: Employ consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and offer personalized solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals to hit sales targets.

Customer Service Excellence: Uphold a quality-led customer service approach in every interaction. Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded, fostering enduring relationships and repeat business.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use these insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with departments including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the facility management or related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Customer Focus: Deep commitment to customer service and quality. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
