Our client is a leading and unique company in a very niche market and have developed a high demand for their services based on their fantastic reputation.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective sales quotation process, supporting the communication between other departments and customers. You will be working closely alongside the Sales Team to ensure the smooth running of new sales enquiries to assist in contributing towards the achievement of the sales targets and the company’s overall objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming sales enquires, identifying and winning sales opportunities
- Answering customer queries, resolving any concerns, and providing additional information
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Building and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers
- Monitoring of existing orders and communicating any potential issues
- Submitting quotations and uploading sales orders
- Estimating delivery costs
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven Internal sales or sales administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment and a determination to succeed.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Great work ethic and 'can do’ attitude
