CRP Group is working with a leading Hydraulics provider who work on a national basis to serve and support the engineering sector.

Due to growth and demand, a new position has become available. Field Sales Executive will develop a customer-focused role responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

You must be able to drive as a key element of the role will be working and visiting client sites throughout Ipswich, Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

An interest/background in engineering would be ideal but not expected.

  • Liaise closely with the Franchisee(s) on local accounts developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance metrics.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
