Tennial Personnel are seeking a skilled Carousel Press Operative for our expanding client based in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with a successful 12-week probation period. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our client operates a large-scale silkscreen printing operation, producing hundreds of high-quality garments per hour using advanced carousels. The presses require a dedicated team, including loader, take-off, and drying operators.
As a loader, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately placing garments onto the platens, ensuring the printing process starts smoothly. The take-off operator will remove the printed garments quickly and carefully, while the dryer operator will ensure garments are properly dried and ready for the next stage. Maintaining a high pace throughout is essential.
Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable skills in carousel operation, including setup, making-ready processes, and performing maintenance tasks. There is also potential for career progression for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to master technical tasks involved in carousel printing.
