Complete site contracts are looking for anadministrator for a construction site in Ipswich . This jobwill come with 22 days Holiday Plus bank Holidays, Plus penions. This job will hoever require someone to work in the office 5 days a week with no flexible working initially.

The role will involve the following:

  • Assisting the Small Works Team with the administration of construction projects and general office management.
  • Administrative support to include updating tender register, sending out enquiries for subcontractors and materials prices, record keeping, filing.
  • Administrative support to the site teams to include update of drawing registers, site packs, utilities drawings, word processing, photocopying, document upload.
  • Record and update data on CAFM and internal systems in a timely and precise manner.
  • Prepare and issue Operations and Maintenance manuals for completed projects.
  • Communicate effectively with office & site staff, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Raising and issuing sales invoices.
  • Managing phone calls, emails efficiently.

Occasional procurement of materials and products
