Your new companyYou will be working for a principal contractor in the Ipswich area who works across various sectors including residential, industrial and commercial. Your new roleAs a Residential Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
