Responsibilities: manage the site, team and solutions to generate ultimate profitability, efficiency and cost and time savings.

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labour hours.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Lead toolbox talks & Conduct risk assessments
  • Ability to read & adhere to construction drawings
  • Ability to perform on commercial projects as part of an experienced team.

The Ideal Person:

  • 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role or similar position within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety on construction sites
